About the Role

As a Software Development Lead, you will be tasked with developing and configuring software systems throughout or for specific phases of the software product lifecycle. This includes applying deep knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, applications, and methodologies to support clients, projects, or organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration
• Lead, manage, and collaborate with a development team to achieve performance goals
• Take ownership of decisions that affect the team and contribute to strategic technical planning
• Solve complex problems across multiple teams and projects
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Foster continuous improvement and drive innovation across the software development lifecycle

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have Skills:
• SAP Basis Administration
• SAP HANA DB Administration
• SAP Monitoring & Tools
• SAP BTP Administration
• Good To Have Skills:
• Expertise in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations
• Knowledge of SAP landscape management and security/authorization protocols
• Experience in SAP system troubleshooting and performance tuning

Additional Information

• Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration is mandatory
• Candidates must have completed 16 years of full-time education
• The position is based in Navi Mumbai

• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex SAP issues
